A private 90-day fitness league
Your friends.
Ninety days.
One board.
Pike scores how much you improve, not how strong you started. Four quadrants, a weekly quota, a voxel gladiator that grows with your numbers, and a trash-talk feed where proof is mandatory. Built for a handful of friends, not for followers.

The board
Everything your league
argues about, on one screen
Day counter, your gladiator, the four quota squares, what moved since Day 1, and the standings with the gap to the rung above. Feed underneath it, proof attached to every row.

How a season runs
Ninety days.
Four checkpoints.
A season is one league, one start date, one board. You can join until Day 1 and not a minute later.
Day 0
The Baseline Crucible
One lift, one ramp test, weight and waist, three silhouettes. Everything you log after that is measured against it. You forge your gladiator here too.
Pick a strength track (deadlift, squat, bench or weighted pull-up) and a cardio path (track or bike). Photos are neck-down only.
Day 1
The season starts itself
The moment the last athlete finishes the battery, the league flips to active. From then on: four workouts a week, proof attached, verified by your friends.
Miss a scheduled training day twice and your gladiator slumps. The league gets a push telling them to harass you.
Day 45
Mid-season showdown
Retest the lift, the ramp and the tape. Cardio and recomp points unlock from here, and your gladiator recalibrates: gear drops the moment a stat passes 60.
A four-day window. Miss it and your numbers stay frozen at Day 1 until the final.
Day 90
Final tests and the Wrap
Last tests, last photos. The commissioner opens the blind vault: anyone with the link judges who changed more, no names, no faces. Then the Championship Wrap.
Ten trophies, a podium, every record of the season, frozen forever.
Scoring
A thousand points.
Zero for showing up strong.
Every pillar scores improvement against your own Day-1 numbers, then ranks that improvement inside the league. A beginner and a lifter with ten years in the gym compete on the same terms.
Relative strength
Estimated 1RM divided by bodyweight, improvement since Day 1, ranked inside the league.
200
Conditioning
Seconds survived on the ramp test, improvement since Day 1, ranked inside the league.
200
Habit and consistency
Your quota hit rate across closed weeks, plus side-quest and Temperance bonuses. It never subtracts.
200
Workhorse
Each closed week, the top three by verified Work Units split that week's slice: full, half, a fifth.
100
Body recomposition
Waist 60 %, weight 40 %, signed by your goal. 200 measured on Day 90, plus 100 from the blind vault vote.
300
Omni-Points, total
1,000
The fairness rule
Improvement is z-scored across the league. Average improvement takes half the cap, two standard deviations above takes all of it. Nobody is rewarded for a head start.
Work Units
One Work Unit is one minute at RPE 1. A 60-minute session at RPE 7 is 420 WU. No wearables, and a lift, a ride and a football match sit on the same board.

The gladiator
Your gladiator is you.
It cannot lie.
A procedural voxel gladiator, forged once, kept across seasons. Its body is a pure function of your numbers: torso width follows strength, greaves follow cardio, the taper follows your tape. Miss a week and it dims, slouches and picks up battle chips.
Day 1 · 100% charged
The recruit
Absolute stats. Strong recruits start wide. Core sits at 50 until Day 45 moves it.
Strength 74
Heavy
Tungsten chest block, spiked pauldrons and the short sword grows into a battle-axe.
Cardio 71
Fast
Neon greaves, ventilation backplate, pneumatic thrusters and speed lines under the boots.
Core 68
Cut
Banded core armour and a waist that tapers by four voxels instead of two.
All five above 75
Apex
The Neon Centurion crest, an acid edge on the weapon and sparks off the core.
Stamina depleted
Slumped
Two missed training days. The slouch, the flies around the helmet, the core dimmed to 30 %.
The morning after
Hungover
Six units the night before. Every colour greys out and Vitality halves until the evening.
3 missed weeks
Chipped
One battle chip per missed quota week: pauldron voxels knocked out, cracks across the chest. Permanent for the season.

Pit Fighter
Bronze galea, buckler, short sword. Grows a battle-axe.
Retiarius
Shoulder guard, training trident. Grows a laser trident.
Brawler
Studded helm, cestus wraps. Grows spiked cestus.
Dark tunics on purpose: the neon accent is locked to the league green and needs the contrast. The eyes and the core reactor in the sternum are always emissive.
Every piece of gearTrain
Two taps to the first set.
The app remembers so you don’t.
Pike is a real tracker underneath the league. Lifts, cardio, sport and mobility all count. Your sets from last time are already on the screen, the next target is computed, and every finished session becomes one number your friends can't argue with.

Double progression
The next target is not your problem
- +2.5 kg Hit the top of the rep range on every set and the target adds one step and drops to the bottom of the range.
- +1 rep Hit the bottom of the range and it keeps the weight and asks for one more rep.
- −10 % Miss the bottom twice in a row and it suggests a deload instead of letting you stall for a month.
- PEAK Three kinds of record, detected on finish: heaviest set, estimated 1RM, session volume.
Session RPE · the Work Unit ladder
One number for everything
Minutes × RPE, capped at 750 so a four-hour stroll cannot buy the week. A workout needs 100 WU to count toward the quota.
90 movements in the library, add your own, four are wired to the league tracks
Proof and verification
Proof or it
didn’t happen.
Every league workout needs a photo or a clip. A gym selfie, the pitch, the bike console. Your friends approve it, react to it, or flag it as suspicious. Nothing flagged for 24 hours verifies itself.
Approve
One tap from anyone but you, and the workout counts toward the week.
Suspicious
One flag and it's disputed. The commissioner verifies or rejects it, proof and all.
Auto-verify
Pending workouts nobody touched for 24 hours are verified by the clock.
The pushes your league will hate you for
Jonas is slumping
Jonas missed two training days in The Pit. Go harass them.
Stamina depleted

New side quest dropped
The Pit: fresh quota week and a new bounty on the board.
Streak at 12
Push day is still open. One session keeps it alive.
Week in review
4 sessions · 1,640 WU · +2,400 kg vs last week · 2 PEAKs

Dionysus · the other ledger
The evil side
of the board.
Pike has a second ledger for the nights. Confess a beer, a shot, a kebab at 3 am. It converts the damage into standard drinks, kilocalories and the exact run it would take to call it even. Then it watches what happens to your training the morning after.

The maths
One unit
WHO standard drink of pure alcohol, from ml × ABV × 0.789.
10 g
Heavy night
Three large beers. The next day is hungover: Vitality halves, the gladiator greys out, the feed badges the workout.
6+ u
The debt
Kilocalories over ten equals minutes of running. Those minutes at RPE 6 equal the Work Units you owe.
10 kcal / min
Temperance
With Dionysus mode on, a dry closed week earns 10 and a light week 5, capped at 50. It never subtracts.
+10 / +5
The insight nobody else has
Your sessions the morning after, against every other session
Average load, average RPE and records for workouts logged the day after a heavy night, next to the rest of the season. Most people discover an 18 % drop in load. Some discover they lift better. The ledger doesn’t judge; it just keeps the receipt.
Quiet nights can be hidden from the league. The units still count toward your season, and the league only ever sees what you post.
Day 90
The vault opens.
Then the Wrap.
On the final day the commissioner opens the Blind Aesthetics Vault: a public link where anyone judges two athletes' Day-1 and Day-90 silhouettes side by side. No names, no faces, letters only. Sealing it pays out the last 100 points.
Who changed more?
Every judge sees the same pair of neck-down silhouettes and picks one. Nobody judges a duel they're in, so send the link outside the league too.
Ballots, not opinions
Your vote share is the fraction of your duels you won. The best share takes all 100 vote points; everyone else gets theirs pro rata.
The Championship Wrap
The champion on a plinth, the podium, ten trophies, one card per athlete with every record of the season. Frozen at Day 90 so it never drifts.

Questions
Things your friends
will ask
The short version. The long version has the rest.
Who is Pike for?
A handful of friends who want to train for ninety days and argue about it. Two people works. Six is loud. There are no public leagues, no strangers and no followers.
Does the strongest person always win?
No. Every pillar scores improvement against your own Day-1 numbers and ranks that improvement inside the league. A beginner who adds 20 % to their deadlift ratio out-scores a veteran who adds 5 %.
What if I do sport instead of gym?
Football, climbing, padel, boxing: any session with a duration and an effort counts. Work Units are minutes times RPE, so a hard match and a heavy leg day land on the same board. A workout needs 100 WU, about 20 hard minutes, to count toward the weekly quota.
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Pike never reads a wearable. Effort is your session RPE on a 1 to 10 scale, and the proof is a photo. That's the whole point: nothing to sync, nothing to fake.
What happens if I miss a week?
Your consistency credit for that week is lost, your gladiator picks up a battle chip and its core flickers. Miss two scheduled training days in a row and it slumps until you log anything. Nothing ever goes negative.
Can I join a season that already started?
No. Joining closes on Day 1 so everyone is measured against the same window. Start the next one; your gladiator and your lifting history carry over.
Is the Dionysus ledger mandatory?
The ledger is always there for you personally. Whether it touches the league is the commissioner's call: with Dionysus mode on, dry and light weeks earn capped Temperance points and ledger quests join the Monday pool. It never subtracts.
Who sees my photos?
Your baseline, Day-45 and Day-90 silhouettes stay private until the vault opens on the final day. They're framed neck-down, so even then there is no face. Judges see letters, never names. Workout proofs are visible to your league only.
Is it free?
Yes. Pike was built for four friends and runs on the same setup for yours. No ads, no subscriptions, no upsell.
Which phones?
Android via the APK on this site, or as an installed web app. iPhone via Safari's Add to Home Screen. It also runs in any modern browser at app.pike90.app.
